Cupcake Day!

Thursday 16th June is Cupcake Day!

The Alzheimer’s Society is running the national event in a bid to raise both money and awareness of the disease. This is a charity very close to my heart as my father in law is living with the disease and I am also a Dementia Champion, so please do get involved!
